Tickets typically go on sale the Saturday prior to opening night.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission.  Parents should use discretion regarding appropriateness of some shows for children.  Check with the box office or director.

Four Ways to Reserve Seats for a Show:

1. Click on the “Purchase Tickets Online” found on this website.
2. Order online
3. Scan the QR code found on promotional materials for each show.
4. In-person at the box office located at 1001 Willson Avenue.  The box office is open weeknights from 5:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to noon, and one hour prior to each show. 

Payment for online orders is made by credit card or debit card.

Payment at the box office is made by cash, check, credit or debit card.

A processing fee is added for each ticket.

Handicapped seating is limited and is indicated on the online seating chart. The facility is handicap accessible and an elevator is available (500 lb. maximum load).

Notify the box office at 515-832-4456 if you are going to be late or unable to attend at the last minute.

Tickets may be exchanged or transferred prior to the ticketed date for another performance of the same show, if available.  Refunds are made as gift cards.

Cancellations will be posted on the answering machine, online, and Facebook.
