Get Tickets

Tickets typically go on sale the Saturday prior to opening night.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission.  Parents should use discretion regarding appropriateness of some shows for children.  Check with the box office or director.

Reservations may be made:

   *in person at the box office located at 1001 Willson Avenue.  The box office is open weeknights from 5:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to noon, and one hour prior to curtain

   *by phone at 515-832-4456.  Leave a message containing your name, phone number, date of performance, number of tickets, and seating preference

   *online at wcctboxoffice@gmail.com

Payment is made by cash or check.  We are also equipped with the Square and can now process both debit and credit transactions for tickets, gift certificates, and donations.

Handicapped seating is limited.  Inform the box office of any special needs when you order tickets.

Will Call tickets should be picked up at the box office 20 minutes prior to show time.  

Notify the box office if you are going to be late or unable to attend.

Tickets may be exchanged prior to the ticketed date for another performance of the same show, if available.  Refunds may not be allowed.

Cancellations due to bad weather will be posted on the answering machine, online, and Facebook and announced through the media, if possible.  Tickets for a cancelled performance may be exchanged for another performance.
